Chapter 25 is called 'Children and Youth in Sustainable Development'. It recognises that young people are a major group and that their help will play a vital role in the success of 'Agenda 21'.

Plymouth City Council is making plans with local people to find ways to improve your quality of life. These plans will be called 'For Generations Ahead' and will be part of Plymouth's own Local Agenda 21.
